Commodity Futures and Options Service, Inc. (CFOS or CFOS/FX) has ceased operating as an Independent Introducing Broker in commodity futures and forex markets effective July 22, 2009. Since Customer accounts are held by the respective FCM/clearing firm and not by CFOS (CFOS/FX), Customers may still access their funds from their accounts and may trade just as they always have.

*Victor Guerrero and John Nobile, who ran CFOS’ Houston Branch as well as the CFOS/FX website, are now operating as a Branch Office of Valhalla Capital Group, LLC, an Independent IB registered with CFTC and an NFA Member.
